Your stay will include an exclusive pass to the 3 gorgeous beaches in the Fire District of Misquamicut, RI, located in the beautiful town of Westerly; Lawton Beach, Benson Beach and Clark Farms Beach.
In addition to gorgeous beaches, Westerly offers a historic downtown district for shopping, bars and restaurants on the water, and family friendly activities. Stop into Savoy Bookshop & Cafe to savor a new book and a cup of coffee, stroll over to The Andrea Seaside Restaurant and Beach Bar for lunch or dinner on the beach, or rent a hydrobike, kayak, paddle boat, paddleboard or jet ski from Purple Ape to enjoy endless water sport fun!

Beach Cottage on Benson is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom air conditioned cottage that can accommodate 6 people. Each comfortable mattress is new for the 2023 season!
Leave your cars in the driveway, and enjoy lunch or dinner less than 2 blocks away on the beach. Or, grill out in the backyard and soak up the fresh air on our comfortable back deck. After dinner, there is plenty of room in the side yard to play Bocce Ball, or any other outdoor games you might choose to bring.
Our insulated cottage has newly installed ductless mini-splits, efficiently delivering either air conditioning or heat for your comfort. There is high speed internet, and a smart TV located in the living room. The smart TV allows you to login to your own account with any streaming services such as Disney+, Netflix, HBO, etc that you may like to enjoy.

Credit cards are accepted. Children are welcome. No pets, no smoking.
